Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Logic Void does not take payment directly, does not invoice you, and does not refund from its own account. Billing questions go to Paddle. Questions about the software go to Logic Void.

A licence covering updates and support for a year, not the code itself. The plugins are GPL. The licence terms set out what a licence covers and what happens when it expires.

A licence runs for one year and renews automatically at the same price until you stop it. You are emailed 30 days before each renewal with a link that cancels it.

You can cancel at any time from the Manage subscription link in any Paddle receipt, or by emailing Logic Void. Cancelling stops the next charge. The licence runs to the end of the year you have already paid for.

30 days on a first payment and 14 days after each renewal, set out on the refunds page. Nothing in these terms removes or limits a right the law gives you.

Free plugins are supported on the WordPress.org forums. A Pro licence includes support by email and through your account for the year it runs.

Support covers installing a plugin, getting it running, and anything that is not working the way this site describes. It does not cover writing custom code for you, fixing other plugins, or your account with your AI provider.

Where a plugin uses an AI provider, it uses an account you own, under your own key. That is a contract between you and the provider. You pay them at their rates, and their terms apply to that use.

If something goes wrong and it is Logic Void's fault, what you can claim is limited to what you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the problem.

Logic Void is not liable for lost profit, lost data, lost business or any loss that follows on from the first one. Back up your site before installing anything, as you would with any plugin.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.

When these terms change, the new version is published here with the date it changed. If a change affects a licence you already hold, you are emailed before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of Lebanon, and the Lebanese courts have jurisdiction.

If you are buying as a consumer somewhere else, you keep the protections the law where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim there. Paddle is the seller of record and handles consumer law claims about the sale itself.
