LEGAL
30 days on your first payment, and 14 days after each renewal. No reason needed.
Last updated 1 September 2026
If a plugin is not for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment for that plugin and you get the whole amount back. You do not have to give a reason. If you want to say what went wrong it will be read, but it is not a condition.
Each yearly renewal carries its own 14 day window. You are emailed 30 days before a renewal is charged, with a link that cancels it in one click. If you miss that and the charge goes through, you still have 14 days to ask for it back.
Do it yourself, from the receipt Paddle emailed you. The Manage subscription link is in every Paddle receipt, and one click stops the next charge. Nothing to email, and no reply to wait for.
Any clear statement will do. Email george@logicvoid.dev and say so. You do not need an account, a ticket or a particular form, and you get an email back confirming it arrived.
Nothing on this page has to be used. This is the standard wording the law says has to be available, so it is here if you would rather send that than a sentence of your own.

I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following:
Ordered on [DATE] / received on [DATE]
Name: [YOUR NAME]
Address: [YOUR ADDRESS]
Order reference: [FROM YOUR PADDLE RECEIPT]
Date: [TODAY]
Refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method you used. There is no fee and no store credit.
Moving to a bigger licence, or adding sites part way through a year, does not start a new 30 days. It is added to a licence you already have.
The 30 day window runs once per plugin, per customer. Buying the same plugin again later does not start a new 30 days. The 14 days after each renewal are not affected.
The free plugins cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. That is never a reason to refuse a refund on a Pro licence.
If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel, that right applies whatever this page says. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles cancellations under consumer law. Their refund policy is at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
The licence ends with the refund. The plugin keeps working on your site, and you stop getting updates and support.
A refund is not the only thing you are entitled to. Digital content has to match how it was described and work as it should. If it does not, that is a separate right and it is not limited to 30 days.
Email first. A refund is quicker than a dispute.
Email and you get an answer within five working days. If the answer is not good enough, say so and it gets looked at again.
The sale itself is made by Paddle, so a complaint about the payment, the invoice or the refund can also go to them at paddle.net.
