Seats, not tables

Each service has a number of seats. A party of four takes four of them. You never draw a floor plan or decide which table a booking sits at.

Two services a day

A day can run lunch and dinner with their own hours and their own capacity. Blackout dates close a day whatever the weekly hours say.

No double booking

The seat count is checked when the times are shown and again when the booking is sent, so two people cannot take the last seats at once.

FOR THE CUSTOMER

A form in five steps.

The booking form is a block. Put it on any page of any WordPress site. It asks for a date, then a party size, then shows the times that still have room, then takes the details and a review before it sends.

Only times with enough seats left are offered
No CAPTCHA. A hidden field and a limit of five tries every ten minutes
A confirmation email, and a second one when you accept the booking
The customer can cancel from a link in their own email

In the admin

A list of bookings with date, time, party size, status and contact
A month, week and day calendar, coloured by status
Pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled and no show
Accept every booking automatically, or read each one first
Email to every address you add, the moment a booking arrives
Your own wording for each email, with the name, date, time and party filled in

Your data stays yours.

Bookings live in your own database. Deleting the plugin leaves them alone unless you turn on the setting that clears them, which is off until you do.
