Plugin data stays in your own database. Uninstalling removes everything the plugin added. Logic Void does not receive it and cannot see it.

Where a plugin uses an AI provider, it uses an account you own, under your own key. The call goes from your site straight to that provider and never passes through Logic Void. Your agreement with the provider decides what they can do with it.

Every plugin page names the provider that plugin uses and says exactly what it sends.

Every Pro plugin checks once a day that its licence is still valid, and again when you activate or deactivate it. The check sends three things: the licence key, the address of the site it is installed on, and the plugin version.

It never sends your content, your settings, your customers or anything about your visitors. The site address is stored against your licence so you can see where your key is in use.

If you buy a Pro licence you get an account here holding your name, email address, licence keys and any support tickets you raise.

The server keeps ordinary web logs, including IP addresses, so the site can be kept working and secure.

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where you are and what device you used. Your IP address is shortened before it is stored. It is not used to identify you and it is never joined to your account.

Paddle takes your payment and is the seller. Card details go to Paddle and never reach this site. Their privacy policy is at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

This site and its database run on a server operated by Logic Void, not on shared hosting. Nobody else administers it.

Email to and from logicvoid.dev is handled by Dynadot. If that changes, this page is updated with the date of the change.

Two are needed for the site to work. One keeps you signed in to your account. One protects forms from being submitted by another site on your behalf. These are always set.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. Those are only set if you allow them. You are asked the first time you arrive, nothing loads until you answer, and saying no changes nothing about what you can do here. Your answer is remembered in your browser, and clearing your browser data asks you again.

There is no advertising and no advertising cookies. Paddle sets its own cookies on its checkout, covered by their policy.

Your account and licence records are kept while you hold a licence, and for three years after the last one expires, so renewals and refunds can be checked.

Support tickets are kept for three years. Web logs are kept for 30 days. Payment records are held by Paddle under their own policy.

Ask and your account will be deleted sooner, except where a record has to be kept for tax.

Email and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. There is no form and no charge, and you get an answer within 30 days.

If you are not happy with the answer, say so and it gets looked at again. For anything about the payment itself, Paddle is the seller of record and holds those records.
